“ Absolutely, positively, undoubtably THE best classroom time I have ever spent in my 20 year career. The courseware was beautiful and precise, the Instructor StormHawk, made some of the most famous professional speakers look like kindergardners by comparison. I learned, learned, learned and then when I thoughtit not possible, I learned even more. Brilliantly executed class.

“ This is THE best training course i have ever taken including the CCNA 200 i took here.

“ I was impressed with Windows Hard Hat. I had no idea it could get this much better. This class was amazing! I feel confident to now do the job that has been given to me at my company thannks to this class and the Instructor.

“ Mike Storm is a great motivator and instructor! There are several employees at DHL that have had him as instructors and I have never heard a bad thing about him.

“ Why am I unable to select a perfect 10 for Instructor on this [feedback] form? This is a matter of principle here, and Mike Storm is unbelievably good at what he does. He deserves a much higer score than this form allows. He loves his technology, excited, prolific and very realistic at the same time. A perfect blend of subject expertise, real life experience and enthusiasm. By far this Instructor is beyond all others.

“ even though Mike was making a few corrections to the courseware as we moved thru the class, we still had excellent materials to do the labs and lecture with. Kool new format - love the hard hat stuff (and I was not a beleiver to start -trust me).

“ What a course. The color was vivid, with very detailed notes and diagrams. Very little true Powerpoint presentation-stlye stuff as most were tangible learn by animation or process, not bullets. Great job on this course.

“ Courseware was some seriously good stuff. Not like a book, but more like an interactive guide for building Cisco solutions. Love all the animation and the color. Cant wait to see the next one!

“ Jason is a really good instructor. Good communication skills and real world experience to use an examples on how it works, not just how MS says it should work.

“ Jason has an excellent presentation style. He has a confident, comfortable approach to the material. He adds funny jokes related to real life situations that made me laugh and kept me awake.
