Steven Fullmer shares more than 27 years architecture and development experience in the supercomputer, financial, security, telecommunications and Internet industries with companies such as Honeywell Large Computer Products, NEC Supercomputers, First Interstate Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, AG Communication Systems, and Lucent Technologies.
He holds BA degrees in Chemistry and Biology from Willamette University, studied graduate level Neurochemistry at Arizona State University, and completed an MBA in Management and Services Marketing at Arizona State University in 1993 graduating first in his class.
He is a certified Project Management Professional, an active member of Phoenix Project Management Institute leadership and founding vice president for the Phoenix Chapter of the Internal Institute of Business Analysis. Steven regularly manages projects based upon his analysis into practical application. He is currently president of Blue Sphere Solutions, providing outsourced CTO services to emergent and growth oriented businesses.
He is an internationally published author with contributions to InformIT, Dr. Dobbs Journal, and One Planet Magazine. For three years he has been the primary analyst for Evans Data Corporation North American, APAC, EMEA and Wireless developer surveys as well as conducting custom research and writing across a broad range of technology topics.
Mr. Fullmer is also active in his community with more than 38 years as a leader for the Boy Scouts of America, past president of the Heard Museum Council, and as a federally licensed wildlife rehabilitator and former department lead with Liberty Wildlife Rehabilitation Foundation.
