In this 3-day hands-on intense Interface-exclusive HardHat course, you’ll learn to plan and successfully manage an Exchange 2007 messaging system. The new streamlined administration environment includes graphical and PowerShell based administration to handle both small and large messaging system implementations.
Audience
This course is for people who are involved in the day-to-day management tasks for Exchange 2007 messaging environment. This is a technical position requiring networking and administration concepts. This is a non-engineering course, although Exchange 2007 Engineers that are responsible for the design, planning, installation, configuration and securing of Exchange are welcome.
Prerequisites

Introduction to Exchange 2007
You will learn the basic architecture to Exchange 2007, the server roles, and how this will affect administration. The new administration model has been streamlined from previous versions and you will examine this new environment and learn the tools that will be used for administration

The new security model for administration allows easier application of a variety of levels of administration. Administrators may choose to delegate administrative control.

Managing Mail Groups
To optimize mail performance for users, Exchange 2007 provides new groups strategies for administration.
